Ingredients
1/2 Apricot
Ingwer
1 oz. Agave Honey
2 oz. InCorrupto Tequila Añejo
1 oz. Lime Juice
Salt and Mint


Method
Puree the apricot together with the ginger. Add the tequila, lime and agave honey. Mix in a shaker with ice. Serve in an old fashioned glass sprinkled with seasoning salt and with new ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
